Pam got what she wanted and collapsed on me. I kissed her forehead and whispered in her ear.
“You’re not right,” she said back, then made her decision. “I’ll be right back.”
Pam got up and left us alone.
“Come here, Hotness.”
I didn’t have to tell her twice. Brook took advantage of the arousal Pam had caused, climbed aboard, and began to ride me. I wanted something more intimate and pulled her down to kiss her. Pam came bouncing back in with a strap-on dildo.
“Oh, no, you don’t,” Brook said.
“Haven’t you ever wondered what it would be like with two guys?” Pam asked.
I had to laugh because she was waving it around like she was in bad porn.
“No,” Brook said.
“I thought you were the adventurous one,” I teased.
“Shut up,” Brook said as she smacked my chest. “Do you think it would hurt?”
“You’ll be fine,” Pam said confidently as she showed Brook my tube of lube.
It took a while, but we finally figured things out. Pam needed to be reminded that you didn’t just push home and start pounding. Pam also found out that it wasn’t as easy as it looked. She had a new appreciation for how much work it is for a guy to do all the thrusting. The poor girl was winded by the time we finished.
“So, what did you think?” I asked Brook.
“I can say I did it. Not sure I want to do it again, though.”
Then she leered up at Pam.
“I think I should get to drive this time.”
I was out. For a guy, the situation could go either of two ways, and one of them was
“It’s kind of fun, having one of these things,” Brook announced as she played with her new toy.
My parents chose that moment to pull into the driveway. We scrambled to get dressed. Brook and Pam bailed on me and ran upstairs to change. I was buttoning up my shirt when Brook’s and my parents came in the back door. Mom gave me a look.
“How come you have a crown on?” Mom asked.
I’d forgotten I was wearing that. Dad handed me a carryout bag.
“They had the Dungeness crab. It’s better than the king crab legs.”
Mom was even more confused when Pam and Brook came downstairs. Pam was terrible at this; she wouldn’t look my mom in the eye.
I ignored them all and opened the to-go box to find everything was still warm. I took the back of a knife and cracked the shell to get to the meat.
“What do you have?” Brook asked.
“Mine,” I announced and tried to cover it up.
“What are the rules about sharing?” Mom reminded me.
I reluctantly shared. Dad was right, Dungeness crab was great. Both Brook and Pam helped me eat it. I think if you dip anything into clarified butter, it makes it taste better.
Our parents saw we’d raided my mom’s wine cellar and decided they also wanted some. After we ate, they made me take the girls to my apartment. Good thing!
I worried that if my mom got a couple of glasses into Brook, Brook and her mom would be discussing what happened before they got home. I didn’t want to get Brook grounded. Ava could probably handle it, but I wasn’t sure Ian would be as accepting of Brook’s and my sex life.
I let the girls pick out something on my streaming video service, and we settled in to watch a movie. Brook made sure that she was between Pam and me. That was probably not a bad idea. It was one thing to have a little fun, and another to let our emotions get away from us.

Chapter 27 – Set a Better Example Sunday October 16
I stood in front of the congregation with a bucket and Duke. I’d told him to sit, and he’d done so without my mom having to remind him he was working today. What was that saying about not working with animals or children? I counted that as a win.
“God has blessed me with family, friends …” I said, sweeping my arm to include the whole congregation, “and a community that I love. I’ve traveled from LA to New York, from Canada to the Caribbean, and have even gone to the UK, Cuba, and Japan. I want to tell you that I can’t think of a better place to call home.
“People here are always willing to open their hearts to others. Recently, I was talking to a friend in LA. He told me that he saw a woman his mom’s age whose car had broken down on the side of the road. He asked his friend to pull over to see if she needed help. His friend said it just wasn’t done that way there.
“I want you all to cherish what we have here. I think a lot of it starts with our belief in God. He gives us a sounding board to help guide us through life. We know the difference between right and wrong, good and evil. We know how to do the right thing.
