I reached down under her arms, lifted her up so she could stand, and spun her towards the bed as I pushed her face-down on the comforter. Before Scarlet had a chance to even react, I fisted my dick, rubbed it up and down her sex, and filled her.
“Oh, sweet baby Jesus on a unicorn!” she shrieked as I began to pound her from behind.

We were both a sweaty mess once we finally finished.
“That was fun,” I admitted.
Her head was resting on my chest, and she glanced up at me, then away.
“You okay?” I asked.
“You think I’m a freak,” Scarlet whispered her greatest fear.
“Oh, Honey, I don’t think that at all,” I said, which caused her to look back up at me and search my eyes.
“You really had fun?” she asked.
“Yes.”
Scarlet snuggled back down against my side and sighed contentedly.
I squeezed her shoulder to get her attention.
“Your being different is what makes you special. At least you’re brave enough to go after what you want,” I assured her.
“You really think so?” she asked, looking me in the eye again.
“Yes, I really think so.”
“Thanks for understanding.”
Scarlet blinked a few times, and I saw tears forming. Ah, crud!
“Finding out I was pregnant was both the worst and the best thing that ever happened to me. It turned my world upside down, but it gave me Carol, and I would never give her up. It also gave me you. I don’t know anyone that would have been so supportive at your age. The boys back home would have disappeared if they found they’d gotten a girl in a family way.
“Even most of the college guys I know would have left me high and dry. You were more into Ashley than me, and I sort of blindsided you when we got together. If I’d been you back then, I would have told me I was on my own. It wasn’t as though we had a history or anything. I guess I’ve been wondering why you’ve been so good to me,” she said.
“I agree with most of what you’ve said,” I admitted. “At first, I was hesitant and not at all sure about you. In the beginning, it was all about Carol and making sure my daughter would be cared for. We really didn’t know each other.”
“You wouldn’t be doing all this just for Carol. You could have thrown money at me and told me to go away. Instead, you gave me a place to live, a job, and a family.”
I could see she was confused.
“That’s all true. When you first came home with us, I kept you at arm’s length. But as I’ve gotten to know you, I’ve found a capable woman that I truly care for. Last fall, I would never have allowed you in my bed. I didn’t want to muddy the water with sex. Since then, I’ve become comfortable enough that you’re with me now,” I explained.
“I feel the same,” Scarlet said and became quiet for a moment. “Thank you for not taking advantage. When I came here, I would have done almost anything to get out of what I was facing. You’re a kind man, David.”
“Scarlet, I don’t want you to read too much into this, but I do love you. I don’t see us being life partners or anything, but I do see us being close and raising that little girl together. I hope you realize I would do anything you asked of me that I could possibly do. And I would do the same for Ashley,” I said.
A little smirk touched her lips.
“Ashley told me that you wore her out. She really needed you,” Scarlet said as she shared probably too much information.
“Well, I probably needed it as much as she did,” I said to deflect.
Scarlet had to go take care of our little girl. She climbed out of bed to take a shower, and I heard her singing to herself. I closed my eyes and let the afterglow of what we just did put me to sleep.

Chapter 11 – Be True to Who I Am Tuesday February 7
“Do you have any idea how early it is?” Cindy complained.
“You’re back in Ohio, right?” I asked.
“Next year, you’ll be a college kid and understand. No calls before ten.”
I just ignored her complaint.
“Did you talk to Scarlet?” I asked.
“Yes. You did and said exactly the right things,” she assured me.
I sighed.
“I hope so, but I think she needs to find a boyfriend,” I admitted.
“If you aren’t careful, Scarlet’ll latch onto you,” Cindy warned me.
“I get it. And you’re right, I don’t really have time to be more than I am with her right now.”
“I have another question for you. Are you only into older women?”
“What’s that supposed to mean?”
“Do I need to go through the list?” Cindy asked, and when I didn’t respond right away, she started to enumerate them. “I mean, there was Beth, Suzanne, and me. When you were in LA, there was that crazy stalker actress, then the
Someone had been talking. My best guesses were Brook and Scarlet. Why should it surprise me that Cindy would know the roster?
“Older girls are less drama,” I tried.
“That may be true, but the old David I knew would be plotting to lay waste to the female population of Lincoln High. You have a legacy to uphold,” Cindy teased.
